A Per Una silver metallic skirts with permanent crinkle look. Fully lined with 7″frill at the bottom of the lining in the same material as the skirt to make the bottom of the skirt stand away from the body to give a slight  ra-ra skirt appearance.  Length 29″ with a paneled  skirt that gives the bottom half a very flowing appearance. 56% polyester 44% viscoe. Lining 100% Polyester
